Mr. Blasetti's first professional position was as an Assistant Public Defender in Montgomery County in 1984. He was given sole responsibility in the defense of indigents against adult and juvenile criminal charges. Since then he has represented thousands of adults and children in the five-county area, as well as in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Scranton.
Now an experienced personal injury and criminal defense lawyer, Mr. Blasetti has been afforded the opportunity to contribute to government service in both Delaware and Montgomery Counties. In his Media, Delaware County position he researches and writes appellate briefs directed to the Superior Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
In Norristown, Montgomery County, Mr. Blasetti represents the County Tax Claim Bureau in the Court of Common Pleas and on appeals to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He litigates against tax-delinquent property owners and collects their unpaid tax, along with interest and penalties.
